The fischertechnik Robotics Add On: Competition was developed for schools, universities and other educational institutions that want to develop or improve their models for robotics competitions for their students. This building set can be used to tune models and add new features, making it the perfect base for competitions all over the world. The set contains a gyrosensor (gyroscope, acceleration sensor and compass in one sensor), an ultrasound sensor, two powerful motors, as well as chain links and caterpillar surface pieces for the body of a caterpillar, the perfect base for powerful robots.

    TXT 4.0 Controller

    The TXT 4.0 controller offers a powerful 32-bit Cortex A7 processor, 512 MB RAM and 4 GB eMMC storage, three servo outputs and a touch display that supports swipe gestures, as well as a host of new functions.

    Up to eight additional controllers can be connected to an extension controller. The flat housing allows the controller to be perfectly integrated into the models. 

    Firmware updates can be downloaded online from the fischertechnik cloud. The ROBO Pro Coding software can be used for both graphical and Python programming. 
    The software supports the following operating systems: Windows, Mac OS, Linux, iOS and Android. The app can be installed from the relevant app store.
